Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to make a difference in people’s health and well-being? We’re looking for a Dental Lab Technician to join our collaborative and high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll help bring innovative dental devices to life—supporting everything from 3D design to hands-on fabrication and finishing.
Fabricate and repair custom dental medical device appliances
Post-process 3D printed models with precision and care
Download, edit, and manipulate 3D digital files
Follow detailed prescriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with dental professionals and fellow lab techs
Support daily production goals in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Assist with additional tasks as needed—flexibility is key!
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Desire to improve patients’ quality of life through meaningful work
Comfortable using hand tools, machines, and handpieces in a production setting
High school diploma or equivalent required
6–12 months experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
